Can brand new cars straight from the dealer have paint damage?
Unfortunately we also receive new cars with paint defects caused by shipping and the dealer. During the PDI "pre-delivery inspection,” the rushed removal of the factory applied protective wrapping, poor wash methods and incorrect removal of fallout pollutants like rail dust, acid rain, bird droppings, bug enzymes, tree sap , tar, mineral deposits and over spray can cause paint imperfections such as swirl marks holograms and micro marring. How is paint damage inflicted on my vehicle?
When pollutants like dirt, bugs, bird droppings, brake dust, road film, mineral deposits, anti-icing agents collect and are not regularly removed from your vehicle the polutants can inflict permanant clear coat damage into the surface of the car, truck or SUV’s body. Wash mitts, brushes and drying towels that have been previously used to wash other vehicles prior to yours can collect dirt and grit, causing defects known as swirl marks. Improper washing can also cause component damage when acidic products designed for purposes other than vehicle cleaning are used. Use of these harmful products can cause your brake callipers, wheel nuts, exhaust tips and brake discs to rust.

How long will my wax, sealant or graphene ceramic coating last?
A well kept wax or sealant finish expect 6-12 months, Followed 5+ multi-year graphene ceramic coatings that are chemically bonded to your paint. Graphene Ceramic protection offers far greater chemical pH resistance with a harder top coat for increased protection from wash induced marring swirl marks, etching from bird droppings, bug splatter, oxidation, road salt and water spor resistance. Coated surfaces are much easier to clean and greatly reduce diminishing of the factory clear coat and its UV protection by adding a protective top layer to the paint surface. Therefore avoiding aggressive yearly paint correction, polishing, abrasion. Properly maintained these types of coatings can greatly improve the life span of your vehicles paint finish and are graded for many years of performance.
Self-healing ceramic protection?
Dispite this being fairly common knowledge, a plethora of people still believe ( and spread ) the fallacy that ceramic coatings are self-healing, and that they magically start mending themselfs when they are heat activated. No coating will self mend if a door ding, rock chip, or key scratch from a spitefull person carving their way into a vehicles ceramic coated surface occurs.
Quick Tip : While it may not repair a completly compromised ceramic coating, a ceramic booster/topper can help revive a tired coating by "injecting" it with fresh ceramic resins. As the booster fills-in all of the invisible gaps and pores that have formed on the surface, the coating tightens up, and and the products hydrophobic capabilities are rejuvenated.

Deposit and cancellation policy?
All of our appointments are very important to us. This is time we've set aside just for you and
we don't want anyone to miss the opportunity to receive services. Prior to your appointment,
We require a credit card deposit and will require 24-hour's notice to cancel any booking/detailing
service. Failure to provide 24 hours advance notice of cancellation will result in a minimum
charge of 25% of the service cost.
